COFFEE SEMINAR-HOTEL STAFF TRAINING
Our seminar provides the basic knowledge and principles of the coffee station equipment and the history of coffee. Furthermore, trainees/participants are taught the necessary skills and secrets of the production/preparation of coffee and chocolate beverages.
Coffee seminar topics
- History and varieties of coffee. The impact of coffee on the human body.
- Mechanical equipment (Operating and dealing with common malfunctions)
- Espresso grinder functions.
- Preparing espresso, filtered coffee, instant and Greek coffee.
- How to properly organize equipment and ingredients in a coffee station
BAR AND COCKTAIL SEMINAR-HOTEL STAFF TRAINING
During the seminar participants are taught the theory of distillates and Bar and cocktail station equipment. They are also taught the necessary skills that are needed to organize and run a bar, prepare alcoholic beverages, as well as classic cocktails.

Bar consulting
Executive Bartenders offers flexible techniques along with consultations that can be applied accordingly to our clients. Thanks to our long-term experience in the bar industry, we can take on projects starting from scratch and prepare a full-length project plan, which is structured in three parts, starting with the construction/setting up of the bar, moving on to the bar equipment and finally the training programs previously mentioned.
A full consultation provides guidelines on the following:
- Set up : effective and functional use of work space in order to order to not overemploy staff
- Equipment : equipment necessary for high quality results as well as reducing the time of preparation
